Identifying the skills-gap of unemployed and under-employed graduates. The Reboot partnership gathered in Sheffield, UK, (28/2-1/3/2019) hosted by project partner Inova Consultancy to discuss the findings of a 4-months long survey undertaken in Finland, Belgium, Greece and the UK. Approximately 340 unemployed and under-employed graduates, trainers and consultants, as well as employers have been involved in the survey, providing us with valuable feedback to identify the main challenges for and needs of graduates in skills development for the Work 4.0 environment. HEI graduates, employees and trainers, collaborated with us in person, as well as online in a dedicated workshop, which took place on the 1st of March. The research findings as well as the workshop outcomes will further inform the development of the training provision for HEI graduates, which is the next step in the Reboot project. Stay tuned for the research report which will be soon made available here! <br
